Judge Verma, a man known for his harsh judgements, convicts Shankar Yogi for rape. Yogi seeks revenge by kidnapping Verma's wife, who unknown to her husband, is pregnant. When Yogi sends her back, Verma thinks that the child isYogi's and throws his wife out. Yogi rescues her. She delivers a girl whom Yogi takes care of. Years pass and Judge's two son's Kunal and Karan have grown up. Kunal is a hard working person can't accept the fact that his brother Karan has fallen in love with a commoner and so Karan leaves home. Yogi meets Kunal and tells him that he has a sister Tina, who has become a whore! Kunal in an attempt to rescue his sister get sinjured. And so Karan steps in do the deed but Tina hates her family making the situation difficult. How the brothers suceed in their seemingly impossible mission forms the climax of Pehchaan!
