| The villagers of Kashipur are terrorized by dacoits for ransom. Anyone who tries to defy them is ruthlessly murdered. Two petty thieves Singh and Tinku are blackmailed by an anonymous letter asking them to visit Kashipur for social work. On arrival they learn that social work means to fight the dreaded dacoits. Their escape is nullified instead they land up in the hideout of the dacoits.
