This is the story of architect Raj Malhotra who wants to build a shopping mall in the place of the community centre to get his architect talents known. In a bid to build his mall he befriends Priya who is trying to help save the community centre and uses her to try and get the centre demolished. But his feelings begin to get in the way of his evil plan, and when she finds out what he wants to do he sells all his belongings and gives up his plans for the mall in order to win Priya's affections.
