Karan is the hitman of Chaudhry. In an encounter with Sidharth Sharma, he falls in love with his daughter Kajal. Kajal too falls in love with him. But Sharma is against their marriage, so he decides to have Kajal marry Raju. But Raju realizes that his father is involved with Chaudhry, and therefore, he becomes a threat to the underworld.
